Description: Gaining referrals can be one of the most effective strategies for acquiring new customers and growing your business—with one caveat. You have to ask for them. As you may know, referrals aren’t always a natural occurrence, even when customers are happy with your product or service. In this class we’ll cover the value of referred customers—and why you shouldn’t ask every customer for one, how marketing automation software can assist you in the process, and incentives to encourage referrals.
