About this Event

We've got one mission in 2020: setting up your dealership for success. This three-day, brain fueling User Summit is your chance to leverage AutoAlert's CXM to its fullest.

This training event is exclusively for AutoAlert users who:

  • Want to see even more results from their AutoAlert’s CXM platform?
  • Want to increase customer retention with better use of their data?
  • Want to re-engage their dealership's Service-to-Sales and customer conversations in the service drive?
  • Want to trade ideas with others who are successfully using AutoAlert's CXM platform?
  • Want to receive a customized analysis of THEIR dealership's data and make that data work for them?
  • Want to identify key processes with AutoAlert experts?
  • Want to get a sneak peek into AutoAlert's incredible features, enhancements, and products coming out in 2020 and share your thoughts and ideas with our AutoAlert Product team?

Registration fee includes:

  • Three (3) night stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown, 101 W 11th St, Kansas City, MO 64105*
  • Breakfast and lunch during the Summit (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Happy hour reception Tuesday, March 24th
  • *Registration fees do not include airfare or ground transportation.

Schedule:

  • Sunday, March 22: Traveling participants arrive in KC.
  • Monday, March 23: 9AM – 4 PM
  • Tuesday, March 24: 9AM - 4PM
  • Wednesday, March 25: 9AM - Noon*

*Flights should not depart before 2:30 PM

Registration fee:

  • $700 for a single attendee
  • $600 per attendee when you send two or more!

Don't need a hotel room? Use promo code LOCAL (for individuals) or KCLOCAL (for groups of 2 or more) for a discounted rate. Participants are responsible for meals on Day 1 and transportation to and from Kansas City International Airport (MCI). We recommend rideshares such as Uber or Lyft.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No. Any employee from your organization is welcome to attend.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Hotel Indigo is just across the street from our Corporate Headquarters and in the heart of downtown Kansas City. The area offers numerous eateries, bars, a full grocery store, and entertainment options all within walking distance or accessible by our free streetcar service.

We recommend you use Uber or Lyft to get you to and from the airport. Everything else you should need is easily accessible on foot. Rideshare to and from the airport is approximately $30 and should only take 25 minutes.

What is the schedule?

For those traveling into town, plan to arrive in Kansas City on Sunday, March 22nd. You'll be on your own on this night, so we invite you to explore downtown KC. There are restaurants, bars, a movie theatre, and shops all within walking distance of your hotel. We also have a free street car that can get you to other nearby points of interest.

Monday, March 23: Day 1

  • Hotel guests breakfast will be served at the Indigo
  • Lunch is provided
  • Dinner on your own

Tuesday, March 24: Day 2

  • Hotel guests breakfast will be served at the Indigo
  • Lunch is provided
  • Meet and Greet with the team in the AutoAlert basement from 5-7PM

Wednesday, March 25: Day 3 and Departure

  • Hotel guests breakfast will be served at the Indigo
  • Lunch provided
  • If you would like to meet with someone on the team after the event please let us know during enrollment and we will make sure we have someone available before your departure.
  • You should check out of your hotel that morning, and plan for your flight to leave any time after 2:30.

Don't take our word for it, at the end of each section you can hear it from other users and how they are using the tool and how it's all working for them.

What can I bring into the event?

Questions, suggestions, and ideas!

Feel free to bring your laptop and anything you think will facilitate your learning. We'll have some fun swag for you and will make sure you can take notes! If you have specific snacks you like during the day, feel free to bring those with you, but we'll have a selection of snacks (healthy and otherwise) and beverages on-hand throughout the Summit.

If you have business cards, please bring them to share with other attendees and to enter our prize drawings. If you don't have business cards, that's ok; we'll still enter you in the drawings!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not. We will be expecting you. But do bring business cards, if you have them. This is an excellent opportunity to do some networking, AND we're going to have prize drawings!

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can come back to this site and edit your information.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. If for any reason you are unable to attend but have someone else at your dealership you'd like to send in your place, we can make the changes quite easily. Just email Events@autoalert.com and provide her with the attendee's name, email, phone, dealership name, and their role at your organization.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, that's ok. Please email Events@autoalert.com and let her know what dealership you are with and provide her with the attendee's name, email, phone, and role at your organization.
