An Autism Q&A Session for Parents, Guardians & Caregivers
Have questions about the next steps for your child or young adult with autism as he or she prepares for adult life? Families will be introduced to a variety of community supports that are available for students who will be transitioning from school-based Special Education services to receiving support from adult service agencies in their respective states.
Admission is complimentary and reservations are suggested. Complimentary childcare / supervised activities are available by advance reservation only (a minimum of 7 days in advance
Will the workshop be cancelled if it snows?
The workshop may be cancelled in the event of a major snowstorm or other inclement weather. If local schools are closed for the day, then the event will most likley be cancelled. All registered attendees will be notified by email and/or phone if the event will be cancelled.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You'll enter our building through our Visitors' Entrance. Directions are at www.birchtreecenter.org/contact. Plenty of free parking is availble onsite.
Will workshop attendees receive Certificates of Attendance?
Yes. We will provide a Certificate of Attendance for you to pick up at the end of the presentation.
Are childcare / supervised activities available onsite?
No; we are unable to provide childcare during these workshops.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes; you can update your registration information on Eventbrite or contact The Birchtree Center to notify us of any changes at 603-433-4192 or by email. If you have registered for onsite childcare / supervised activities, please inform us ASAP if your family's plans change so that we can inform our childcare providers.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No--your name will be at the door.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
