Description
Children on the autism spectrum and their siblings will be able to meet Santa, pose for photos and receive a wrapped holiday toy. While on-site, the youngsters will be able to play with their toys and explore unique sensory gym equipment. Santa and his helpers are experienced working with children on the spectrum and are sensitive to their unique needs making the experience a delight for all family members. Every child in attendance will receive a wrapped toy, while supplies last. The event is free, however, registration through this page is required. Please be sure to identify the number of children, including siblings, who will be attending. Parents and accompanying family members will not require a ticket.
The high-quality toys are those featured on Autism Live’s December Festival of Toys and were chosen because they are not only fun to play with but are geared to help children on the spectrum build skills and make progress toward achieving their goals. Some of the manufacturers generously donating toys include: PopOHver; Amigo; Endless Games; Distroller; Relay; Feiwel and Friends
