About the Book: In GOOD MOURNING: Moving Through Everyday Losses with Wisdom from the Other Side, the three-time New York Times bestselling author opens up more than ever before, sharing her own experiences with loss and the lessons she’s learned in her own life. Each chapter focuses on a different type of loss, from relationships to jobs to health, and features extraordinary stories from her clients to show how readers can feel supported during trying times. Loss can be devastating and Theresa Caputo leverages her special gift to guide us through the pain and share a path to healing so that we can move forward and enjoy a fresh start.

Life comes with losses big and small, but the everyday set-backs often go unrecognized and un-mourned. This unacknowledged grief consumes the soul, leading to an invisible pain that Long Island Medium Theresa Caputo has witnessed in many of her clients. Though they are suffering, they rarely understand where the anguish is coming from—or how to deal with it. The only relief, according to Theresa’s special gift she calls Spirit, is to name these feelings of grief, recognize the losses for what they are, and create healing practices around them. It isn’t just a good idea to mourn these types of upsets; it’s essential, so that we can move through the pain and enjoy a fresh start.

With wisdom from Spirit to guide us, we can all manage daily losses to ultimately lead more fulfilling and joyful lives.

About the Author: Theresa Caputo is the star of Long Island Medium on TLC, has been a practicing medium for more than 10 years, and is a certified medium with the Forever Family Foundation.
