VIP Tickets: Able to go into the ballroom from 11am-11:55am (Check in by 10:15am). VIP will be able to go back into the ballroom at 1pm (before General Admission is let in).

General Entry from 1-4pm (Check in starts at 10am)

Book Signing ticket also gets you into the Meet & Greet afterwards. Only people with wristbands can be at the Meet & Greet.


Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Attendees must be over the age of 15, I.D. must be shown when checking in. All attendees must have a ticket.

Meet & Greet is 21 and over as it is held at the bar.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Free parking at hotel.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You can bring as many books to get signed by attending authors. All authors will have books for sale at the event, we highly suggest for you to pre-order your books from authors. A bookseller will be present for all traditionally published authors.

**No wagons will be allowed in the ballroom**

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Please Private Message me or email me (glorya.hidalgo@gmail.com) and provide me with the following information:
Your full name and email address
New ticket holders full name and email address
Please make sure that I reply with “DONE” to confirm that I saw the message and took care of the change. I get a lot of messages and I might miss making the change.
***Last day to make changes to tickets will be September 15th as I will be printing out the master list**

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Save a tree—Do not print it out. Bring your ID as we will be checking in people from the master list of ticket holders.

What is the refund policy?

No Refunds. You can transfer your ticket to another persons name. Last day for name transfers is September 15th.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Ticket name must match ID of person checking in.

Will the hotel have lunch available?
The hotel bar will open up at 9am and you can order food from the hotel bar. We will also have specialty drinks.

What is the Meet & Greet?
The Meet & Greet will be happening at the hotel bar. It is free to attend to all ticket holders with a cash bar. It is up to each author if they will be attending but most of the authors do hang out.

Will there be someplace for me to sit and relax between the signing?
The Lounge will have sitting and so does the hotel bar. Water stations will be available throughout the event.

Is this event a charity event?
Yes! All money raised during the event (book seller table, Fifty Shades of Pink table) goes towards the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer via the Fifty Shades of Pink team. If you would like, you can make a donation to our team by going to: www.avonwalk.org/goto/50shadesofpink
