This event is intended for guests 18+; you will be asked to show your ID before entering the event. Everyone who enters will need a ticket.
We will have 50 authors signing at this event!

Saturday: Doors open at 8:00 a.m. to staff, authors, vendors, & volunteers. The doors will open to the public at 9:00 a.m. We have rented the Field Club and Woodford Reserve Club for the event.
VIP TICKETS: What is included in a VIP Ticket? This gets you into Friday's Meet N Greet, starting at 7:00 p.m. and is hosted by Joseph Beth at their Bistro: mingle with the authors until 8:30 p.m., dinner (you are responsible for paying for your dinner), and ends at 11:00 pm. You also get into BOTH sessions of the event on Saturday, including some extra goodies in your tote bag.
* Everyone who purchases a ticket will get a tote bag!
Eventbrite does not allow for us to close off the sessions to purchase: What this means, you can buy both sessions BUT you will only be permitted to ONE session as a General Admission Ticket Holder. Please only purchase one session to this event. We can't control or fix this with eventbrite, I tried. VIP TICKET HOLDERS are the only readers who are eligable to attend both sessions. You have until January 20, 2017 to refund any tickets. Remember: You will be able to see authors saturday night and sunday morning!
Session 1: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. * You can arrive as early as 9:00 a.m. to register and check out the book vendor and others on site.
Break/Lunch: 1:05 p.m. - 2:10 p.m.* Readers will be asked to leave the space, and lunch is provided to authors, assistants, and volunteers only. Readers can return to the Field Club or go get lunch elsewhere.
Session 2: 2:15 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. * Feel free to arrive early, you can hang out in the Field Club and see what vendors we will have downstairs.
VENDORS: We will be announcing the vendors in February. They will be located in teh field club with Joseph Beth Book Seller.
About the Event:
Book Limit: You can have up to 5 books signed by each author, then you have to get back in line for fairness of all readers who want to meet each author, to get more books signes.
Author Lines: We will have a ticket system in place for when lines become too long.
Model Policy: While we love our cover models, this event is to showcase the authors. Therefore, we are not allowing models to accompany authors at their tables.
Field Club: Where the Vendor will set up, readers can hang out before the signing and/or if they arrive early.
Woodford Reserve Club: On the upper level, where the main signing will take place (9:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.)
Book Vendor: Joseph Beth ( 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. LOCATED IN FIELD CLUB)
Pop-up Giveaways: We will be setting up pop-up giveaways throughout the event; these will be gift cards to you, the readers.
Raffle Basket: We will have one per session and everyone will receive 2 tickets in their tote bags.
Author Basket: This basket is for readers who purchase BOOKS on sight from the author or the bookseller. You will receive a ticket for each book you buy and then you will add it to the author bucket. Winners can win from $100 - $500 Giftcards.
Hotel: The Hilton at Lexington Green, (859) 271-4000, 245 Lexington Green Circle, Lexington, KY. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel is fully booked with our block. Feel free to call and purchase a room outside the block.
Ticket Refund Policy: Full refund available up until January 20th, after January 20th there will be no refunds issued. It will be possible to transfer your ticket to another reader who is interested in this event, but we will need to be contacted to do so. You have until February 1st to transfer ALL tickets.

Yes, you must show your ID to enter the event, and no one under 18 will be permitted.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is FREE, and we have PLENTY of it! You will need to set up transportation to and from the event space.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, anyone who enters the event needs a ticket.

Yes, the events space is large enough to accommodate wheelchairs easily, and there are four elevators for access.

Yes, there will be a list for you to check closer to the time of the event.
Will the authors have a pre-order?
Not all will, this is up on the website & facebook attendee group under FILES.
What do I do when I first arrive?
Come in the building, register, and head on over to the Field Club.
Do I need to bring cash?
Cash is faster and sometimes the card swipe devices don't always work. But cash and credit is accepted!
Will the authors have books that I can purchase from them?
Authors will have books for sale at their tables. For those who are traditionally published, you can purchase their book(s) through the book vendor downstairs in the field club before you come up to the Woodford Reserve Club.
What will the authors sign?
Anything you bring with you!
Will there be a seating chart shared with attendees?
Yes, this will be accessible 30 days prior to the event, unless other changes need to be made. * This is subject to change.
If I buy both sessions and I am not a VIP can I come to both sessions?
No! The VIP tickets is intended for readers to attend both sessions and ONLY VIP ticket holders. You have until January 20, 2017 to return any tickets.
