Description

State Bird Provisions is regarded as one the most celebrated and pioneering restaurants in the country, owned by master chefs (and partners) Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski. Located in the Fillmore District in San Francisco, State Bird Provisions serves up dim-sum-styled California cuisine, ranging from Potato Chips with Crème Fraiche to Black Butter-Balsamic Figs.

Now, foodies can enjoy these popular menu items from the comfort of their own home with Brioza and Krasinski’s new cookbook, State Bird Provisions. Throughout its pages are stunning photographs and stories that share Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski’s singular and original approach to cooking. This cookbook is sure to inspire readers to craft an unforgettable meal of various aromas and textures.

Join us as we welcome Stuart Bioza and Nicole Krasinski to the store as they have a discussion of their new cookbook, moderated by Rachel Hotlzman--well-known recipe tester and book collaborator.
