DESCRIPTION

This 3 day, 2 night training is designed to empower coaches, leaders, teachers, managers, business owners, facilitators, and consultants with a leadership and facilitation toolkit to bring greater connection and depth to the spaces they lead.

It is rooted in principles from Improv, Human Development, Authentic Relating and Circling and is applicable to all leaders and teachers. Your communication skills will grow, your capacity for vulnerability and spaciousness in leadership will grow, your support and collaborator networks will grow, as will your knowledge of exercises, structures, and tools.

Leadership emerges in many settings– professional, educational, creative, friendship, parenting, partnership. The Authentic Leadership Intensive is designed to support you in deepening the trust of those you engage with, increasing your sense of play, freedom and creativity in your communication, and cultivating the integration of your authentic core values and expression into your relationships.

The Authentic Leadership Intensive is intended to empower you to lead with an integrated and embodied sense of Presence, Connection, Agility, and Vulnerability.

Using a foundation of Authentic Relating and Improvisation tools and structures, we will explore and practice how to cultivate and integrate powerful leadership skills such as empathy, clear and evocative communication, context setting, spontaneity, planning, and more.

The potential application of this work is extensive and can range from the simplest use in your day to day relationships, team-training in your professional environment, or you may choose to lead others in developing their Authentic Relating toolkits by offering your own workshops that share the teachings from our weekend together.

On our final evening together we will welcome your guests at a public event where you will have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned and co-lead an Authentic Relating Workshop with the other participants of the weekend course.
