Tired of the Grind? Authentic Dating is a spicy night for gay/bi/queer/trans men to explore the possibilities of connection with one another. Having already graced Wellington and Auckland, it's now coming to Christchurch for Pride Week!

You’ll be paired up five times, a little like speed dating. With each date, you’ll get a chance to see and be seen — and potentially spark a flame.

These dates make space for honesty and delight by encouraging you to listen and speak from the heart, allowing you to connect deeply and quickly.

This event is open to all aged over 21.

Cost: $40 waged, $30 unwaged. Limited spaces available through Eventbrite.

Location: Maison de Crepe (106 Papanui Road, Merivale, Christchurch 8011)

Time: 7.15pm, doors open at 6.30pm. No latecomers (if lost contact 027 383 9844). Please allow time for parking!

Maison de Crepe will stay open after the event if you want to continue mingling!

My name is Laurie King, a queer space holder originating from the UK. I have a deep passion for bringing people together in safe, warm, supportive environments. I recognise how fundamental connection is to contentment and well being. I am on a mission to make Authentic Relating more accessible through facilitating workshops and retreats in urban spaces, rural communities and festivals around the world.
