Thursday 29 December 6.00-7.30pm
Do you ever feel people haven't understood you properly? Does miscommunication create confusion in your life? Authentic communication looks at communication as an energy exchange. We will explore ways that we can make our messages as clear as possible, and ways to improve how we receive messages from others - both are essential to communicate authentically. We will also discuss different ways communication can be sabotaged - both by us, and by others.
