Baked Alaska's Chef Chris Holen invites Australian Chef Michael Brine to suit up for this dining experience featuring Oregon's Elk Cove Vineyards, in the next of the series of Chef Outta Water events.

Chef Michael Brine of ‘A Touch of Salt’ in Townsville Australia, will bring ‘a touch of Aussie’ to your plate, promising a delicious combination of flavours from Far North Queensland and the Northwestern United States. Chef Michael Brine will be touring with the Chef Outta Water team to visit local makers and producers who will inspire him and this menu, which will be finalised on the day to make the most of the freshest and interesting produce available.
