About this virtual session

This session aims to develop the first 5-year draft implementation plan to support the upcoming 10-year National Agricultural Traceability Strategy.

The implementation plan will:

  • provide guidance on proposed key activities
  • identify relevant leads and collaborators undertaking these activities to achieve the strategy’s priority areas for action
  • identify key performance indicators for monitoring and reporting
  • include a benefits framework to assess outcomes from implementing the strategy.

The focus of the first session is to:

  • explain the working draft of the implementation plan (including its monitoring and evaluation and the benefits framework) along with its linkages to, and purpose and progress of the strategy
  • give context and assist you in providing immediate and subsequent feedback on the draft implementation plan. A Have Your Say survey will follow the session.
