In lieu of our usual monthly meet-up, Austin Therapists of Color is happy to collaborate with Manuel Zamarripa, Director of the Institute of Chicana/o Psychology.

Manuel Zamarippa is a clinical supervisor and therapist based in Austin, Tx. He works with individuals, couples, adolescents and families. He conducts trainings on Chicanx affirmative counseling as well as diversity, strength-based consultations in schools,community organizations and business settings. His expertise on delivering and educating others on affirmative, culturally competent care is a treat and we are excited to host him for this training. This CEU training is open to everyone.

Austin Therapists of Color is a meet-up for mental health therapists who self-identify as a person of Color. The focus of this meet-up is to provide a safe, supportive space for mental health professionals working in clinics, hospitals, non-profits, government, academia, private practice and other therapeutic settings. Students are welcome!
