Event Details

The Texas economy is accelerating in nearly every business sector. The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas just increased their forecast for more hiring in Texas in 2017, with the creation of 309,200 new jobs by the end of this year.

In Austin, technology continues to lead the way in innovation and hiring. When adding in growth in health care, financial services, manufacturing and construction, if the pace continues, 2018 should be a good year for Texas businesses not only in Austin, but across the state.

Join Texas CEO Magazine and the Baylor University MBA program as we invite you to attend the 2018 Economic Forecast: Accelerating, on Friday, October 20 from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m, at The Austin Club.

This year’s Austin forecast speakers will be technology focused with a look at big data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and the Internet of Things.
