Amy is from Sydney and has lived in San Francisco for 6 years. She is the founder of Aussie Recruit and the Australians In San Francisco Community with over 3600 members. After working in recruiting/HR at San Francisco tech companies for the past 4 years, Amy is motivated to address the challenges faced by Australian talent, and help startups access this new, untapped talent pool.

Amy is experienced in the full cycle recruitment process, and has hired many Australians. She previously worked as a Chief of Staff in SF Tech startups, and prior to that was a Consultant at Deloitte in San Francisco and Australia.
