We are so pleased that you have agreed to present at the 2017 AUSA Conference. The conference would not be successful without your contribution. We appreciate you!

Registration for Presenters

  • Presenters (not Exhibiting on Nov. 7th) - please register using the green button above.

  • Presenters who are also Exhibiting - please register yourself and any representatives you are bringing with you by using the green button above. Your registration is waived for one inside setup or one outdoor setup.

The Annual AUSA Convention not only provides discussions and best practices on hot topics in the utility industry, but it also brings together leaders whose knowledge and experience can be tapped for the benefit of your organization or business. AUSA's Annual Convention will be held at SRP PERA Club, located in Tempe, Arizona. No matter what captures your attention, you're sure to find it in Tempe!

Presenters - where do I go when I arrive at PERA Club?

Please go to the registration area and someone from the Board or a conference volunteer will get you stituated. Be sure to bring a portable drive with your with your presentation on it for back up purposes. If you are not exhibiting at the conference, you are welcome to attend the entire day the day you present for AUSA.

If you are an Exhibitor with Presenter, what are the display options for the event? There are inside and outside setup options for the event.

  • Includes the option for one indoor space for an 4X6 table or,

  • Three outdoor spaces,

  • Five company representatives.

The parking lot north of the Pavilion will be blocked off starting November 6th at 430pm to 600pm for outdoor and indoor setup. We will provide a map layout for both inside and outside.

Tuesday November 7th setup begins at 0600am. Breakdown can start at 330pm.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not need to bring your printed ticket or registration to the event.
