Charcuterie Chick and Urban Tree Cidery are hosting a summer charcuterie class!

What to expect at our in-person workshop?

• The build-a-board workshop will teach basics behind board assembly, board pairings, and a step-by-step live tutorial.
• Workshop materials (such as plates, utensils, cutting boards) will be individualized and at each table setting
• Ingredients (such as cheeses, cured meats, etc.) will be gathered by participants in a ‘buffet style’ (with appropriate servings utensils and gloves)

• Each participant will receive a palm leaf divider to appropriately gather all food ingredients in an assembly line and then sit down to style a their own board
• Participants will be required to wear gloves and use serving utensils provided when gathering ingredients

What is included in your workshop ticket?

• All materials & ingredients to make a charcuterie board (with enough to take home and feed at least 2 people)

• The workshop is Urban Tree Cidery in West Midtown, Atlanta's first hard cider maker
• Parking is available in front of the Cidery
