Refund Policy: Refunds may only be requested until the day before the event. As of the day of the event, refunds for any reason will not be approved. Please note that contacting SoCal STS for a refund is not sufficient, refunds must be requested via Eventbrite's official refund request feature only. You can access this feature by navigating to your confirmation email with your tickets, scroll to the bottom and click "view or manage order."
