SIMPLE FIX Freezer Meal-Building Preparation Workshop

***THURSDAY, July 20th 5:30-7:30pm***

What can you expect from us?

  • Set up: All your groceries will be purchased and ready to go
  • Ingredients: All the ingredients will be shopped, arranged and washed in advance for each recipe.

All you need to do is cut up a few ingredients, assemble and dish the entrees and side dishes into serving/freezer-ready bags. If you would prefer using your own kitchen knives during the class, feel free to bring them!

  • Clean up: We clean all the dishes and even take out the trash!
  • Hints, tips, tricks and assistance as it relates to meal preparation and improving the nutrition quality of your meals

What you need to do?

  • Bring something to take your meals home in: cooler on wheels, laundry basket, plastic tote, etc. (Don’t forget ice packs if you are not going directly home after the workshop).
  • Assemble your meals at each of the 7entrée building stations. Once finished, take your entrees and sides home to be cooked in the next few days or to keep in the freezer to be used in the next 3-6 months. (Some recipes are not freezer-friendly, but this information will be shared during the class to help you prepare accordingly).

*Please pre-register to reserve your spot, class size is limited!

Payment for each class is $100 which covers the cost of groceries and supplies. Each recipe serves at least 4 individuals.

Pre-registration deadline: Friday, August 18th by 5pm

    • If you are unable to attend after registering for the class, a friend or family member will need to come assemble the meals for you. **Please note: If you are unable to find someone to make your meals, there is a $50 service charge for us to assemble your meals. You would be able to pick up your meals the following day.
