Applewood Smoked Bacon Skewer candied with brown sugar,
vanilla bean and Huntley Maple Farm syrup, paired with 7 Deadly Zins

"Fried Pickles and Bloomin' Onion"

Baby Cucumber house pickled and fried served with
bloomin Baby Cipolini Onion, paired with Sauvignon Blanc

"Lamb Gyro"

New Zealand spring fed baby lamp chop gyro style with fennel and oregano olive oils,
tzatziki sauce, fried pita and fresh from the farm tomato and red onion, paired with Petit- Petit

"Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich"

Marinated and grilled SKY Signature Steak served on toasted garlic butter stretch bread,
topped with local caramelized onion, horseradish creme fraiche and short rib demi, paired with Freakshow Cabernet

"Apples & Donuts"

Cinnamon sugar donut topped with flambed apples,drizzled with warm caramel sauce, served with marscarpone mousse, Paired with Chardonnay
