August 7th WSHFC Home Buyers Seminar via ZOOM!

Hello Class member!

Thank you for signing up for our class We are excited to use technology to make these meetings work. Before we start,

Here are our expectations:

• The class is 5 hours long with breaks,

• If more then one person will be on the loan, make sure everyone is in attendance (i.e. if a husband and wife are co-applying for a loan with the down payment assistance, both need to attend the class)

• Please login 5-7 minutes before the class to give yourselves time to work through any tech issues. You may have to wait a moment or two but just hold tight.

• Make sure you have your webCam and speaker set up, we need to be able to confirm attendance throughout the lesson.

• This is an interactive class, so questions are welcome

• We will discuss breaks and classroom etiquette when we start the class.

• Upon successful completion of the class, we will email you your class certificate.
