With the stress of school shutdowns and the controversy of reopenings, it could be easy to lose sight of why you signed up to be an educator in the first place.

Our August Innovative Schools Virtual Summit will focus on helping you and other educators “Re-ignite Your Why.” Dynamic authors like Dr. J. Stuart Ablon, Julia Cook, Baruti Kafele, Robert Jackson, LaVonna Roth, Ronald Gonzalez and Hotep Benzo, together with real-world educators sharing their unique passion and perspectives will help prepare you to teach, inspire and support students during this unprecedented time in North American education. Following Pre-Conference Sessions on August 5th and 6th, Dr. Ablon will kick off the Main Conference late Thursday afternoon sharing how Collaborative Problem-Solving can help with even the toughest kids. On August 7th and August 8th, attendees will enjoy 3 Keynote Sessions each day, together with your choice of 12 different Breakout Sessions in 3 time slots.

Attendees will also have recorded access for most of the Virtual Summit sessions for 3 days. We hope you can join us, our expert lineup of speakers and hundreds of like-minded educators to Re-Ignite Your Why!

Pre-Conference Sessions are 3 hours long and offer attendees the opportunity to take a deep-dive into that session's topic.

Pre-Conference sessions will be held from 5:00 pm -8:00 pm on Wednesday, August 5th with 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1-4pm on Thursday, August 6th. The main Summit begins at 4:15 pm on August 6th, 2020.

National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC #5602) Developmental Resources is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP™) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program.
