Event description

"Understanding VOC"

Overview: Voice of the Customer (VOC) has become common lexicon in the business world, perhaps even overused. At the heart of VOC is the understanding of the needs of a customer, both expressed and hidden or unmet. Through relationship building and a unique Business Innovation meeting technique, a company can accelerate its understanding of what is most important to a customer. The art of obtaining a clear, ranked list of these needs at a reasonable cost is what this webinar will attempt to provide.

About the Presenter: Tom England spent 35 years in the industrial automation market. As VP of Market Development with Kollmorgen, Tom led the growth in a diverse set of markets including semiconductor, food & beverage, medical imaging, and oil/gas. An Electrical Engineer by training (Virginia Tech), he has a keen interest in both technical and commercial aspects of marketing.
