Keith Boesky: Keith is a serial entrepreneur and veteran in the video game & entertainment industries. As principal of Boesky & Company; Keith closed more intellectual property and game development deals, than any other agency in the world. Boesky & Company clients are responsible for creating franchises including Call of Duty, Midnight Club, Prince of Persia, Tomb Raider: Starring Lara Croft, Command and Conquer,, Medal of Honor, Red Dead Revolver, Robert Ludlum’s: Jason Bourne and Afro Samurai. Mr. Boesky’s developer clients are responsible for expanding well known brands into games for, Marvel, The Tolkien Estate, Gracie Films (The Simpsons), The Roald Dahl Estate, Hasbro, The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, Pixar and Nickelodeon. The company also provides guidance regarding the game industry to venture capital, private equity firms and investment banks.
Keith is also principal of Amalgamated B&W an award winning company whose collaborations include Universal, Disney, Paramount and Electronic Arts to Morgan Stanley and Brands including Coca Cola, Nike and Pepsi. Prior; Keith has held a number of leadership roles including the launch of ICM's video game agency division and President of Eidos Interactive (where took Tomb Raider and Lara Croft from games to toys, clothing, books, music and film among other higlights).
Tony Crisp: Tony is the CEO and senior brand strategist of CRISP Brand Agency, an award-winning brand development and integrated marketing agency located in Orange County, California. Since founding CRISP in 1992, Tony has been helping global and regional businesses solidify their marketing messages, establish and strengthen their branding and grow into powerhouses. Thanks to Tony’s vision and brand acuity, the CRISP active client roster includes XFX, PINE Group, G4S International, G8 Brand apparel and the University of California at Irvine.
A graduate of University of California at Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in biology, Tony also graduated from the MDE Entrepreneur Certificate Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Business Management. Tony has been an instructor for the Branding and Graphic Design course at the Art Institute of California. Today, Tony serves on the Board of Directors of Game with Heart and previously served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Santa Ana Artist Walk HOA Association and is a member of the Ad Club of Orange County. He has served as Vice President of Marketing for the Executive Board of Directors of the University of California at Irvine Alumni Association and also has been on the Board of Advisors and Commencement Speaker for the Art Institute of California.

Prior; Play N Trade was ranked Franchise 500 and New Franchise 50 by Entrepreneur Magazine and has been successful in recent years. Entrepreneur Magazine also named Play N Trade one of the top ten new franchises for 2008.
