They’ll offer valuable tips on everything from building your brand, to effective traditional and social media PR/marketing strategies, to dealing with guest relations challenges, to handling crisis situations. And, they’ll take you behind the curtain of some top Chicago venues to learn PR/marketing skills that can be used in any B2B, B2C or non-profit setting.
