Don’t miss a chance to hear Tim Mason, a global pioneer of loyalty programs, reflect on “Customer loyalty in the digital age”. Tim will discuss how loyalty programs will evolve as technology opens up new ways to connect with consumers.

Tim was CMO and Deputy CEO of Tesco and is globally renowned as the founder of Tesco Clubcard and Tesco.com. Tim also led Tesco's pioneering relationship with customer analytics provider dunnhumby. Tim is now CEO of Eagle Eye, a Software as a Service technology company that enables businesses to create intelligent digital connections with their consumers. Eagle Eye customers include Asda Walmart, Coca-Cola, Diageo, John Lewis, Loblaw, Marks & Spencer, Pizza Express, Sainsbury's and Tesco.

Tim is also the author of ‘Omnichannel Retail: How to Build Winning Stores in a Digital World’ - a book which draws on his 30+ years’ experience in loyalty marketing and celebrates all the advantages of the physical shopping experience, from sensory selection through to try-before-you-buy. The book describes the potential for technology to provide an instant and profitable retail solution while explaining the imperative of bringing the power of digital and an omnichannel experience to everyday shopping.

Breakfast will be served from 730 am - 8 am and Tim's talk will finish by 9 am. Tim and the Eagle Eye team will stay on to meet anyone interested to learn more about Eagle Eye.
