The cost will be a sliding scale donation of $40-$100 per person, which will include one beverage of your choice. Guests will also be able to purchase additional drinks from our cash bar as desired.

Au Paon (pronounced oh-paah-own) is a unique business taking shape here in Portland, Oregon. Agnieszka Zoltowski (New Leaf), Jeremy Hernandez (Portobello), and Ryan Gaughan (Red & Black) are in the process of creating a Vegan Dessert Bar and Café, featuring unparalleled desserts, signature cocktails, and delicious savory treats.
Au Paon will also be a beautiful balance of decadence and environmentally conscious dining, as our menu will be exclusively organic, vegan, and all of our food items will be hand-crafted in house.
There will be more under the surface of Au Paon than an amazing vegan dessert bar – our business is being established as a worker-owned and operated cooperative. This means that everyone employed at Au Paon will be a co-owner, and as such, will be responsible for running the business democratically for the benefit of all. We are proud to be joining the ranks of other Portland businesses who have embraced this model such as People’s Food Co-op, Alberta Food Co-op, Equal Exchange, the Red & Black Café, and Stumptown Printers.
