Let's face it: Iowa is out of people. As leading manufacturers continue to grow, the ability to attract and retain talent will become key to success. This workshop will highlight successful practices by companies and their communities to attract and retain talent from outside of Iowa from the shop floor to the executive ranks.

The goal of this no-cost workshop is to provide leaders with ideas and connections to begin developing a strategy to win the competition for people in partnership with their community.
