Description
Mindfulness --put simply-- is being in the present moment. It is not dwelling on the past. It is not worrying about the future. It is the here and now.
Mindfulness can help children create space to respond, rather than react. It can teach self-love, compassion, confidence, kindness, and promote a more positive outlook on life. It can encourage them to be their best self no matter where they are, or what situation they are presented with.
In this workshop, I will teach children the tools that I was taught at the age of seven, which allowed me to find peace of mind and belief in myself at a young age.
