Please join us at MailChimp's headquarters for our first Atlanta Zendesk User Group on Tuesday, June 4th!

We'll provide dinner, a customer speaker and then we'll open it up to you to discuss and share Zendesk best practices. Every customer uses Zendesk differently, so there are lots of great things to learn and we want to ensure that you are getting the most out of your Zendesk. If you can't attend, please make sure to subscribe to the Atlanta user group forum to keep apprised of future events!

6:00 - 6:15pm: Arrival and meet n' greet with other Zendesk users 
6:15 - 6:25pm: Welcome remarks and sharing of new/upcoming features from our Community Evangelist, Marissa Root
6:25 - 6:45pm: Sam Chandler of Innovolt will share best practices for using the new Zendesk and how her team keeps customer response times incredibly low!
6:45 - 7:30pm: Breakout session to discuss what Zendesk features, integrations and support issues matter most to you and your organization
7:30 - 8:00pm: Networking

Who should attend: This meeting is for Zendesk customers as it is a working session focused on topics related directly to our product. It can also be useful for people looking to learn more about Zendesk and customer service.

We would love to hear if there are specific topics or questions you would like discussed - please answer the optional questions during registration to get them added to the agenda. We hope to see you there!
