On behalf of Atlanta Latino Fashion Week committee, we invite you attend the 3rd Annual Atlanta Latino Fashion Week- One Day show to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. This event will be Emceed by Miss Georgia Latina (Michele Castillo Williams) and Raeha Kim Esq. on Thursday, September 15th at Atlanta City Hall Atrium 55 Trinity Ave, Atlanta GA 30303. Red Carpet starts 6:30pm, which will follow the official presentation of Miss Georgia Latina (Michele Castillo Williams) who was appointed the title of Miss Georgia Latina 2016-2017 in July.
Every year, this event is organized to support a good cause in association with the Miss Georgia Latina Organization and the Caribbean American Advancement Foundation, serving both the Latin and Caribbean community with the youth and young adults keeping them engaged with community service.
Atlanta Latino Fashion Week events provide designers with a platform to showcase their collections to industry insiders from around the country, including buyers, retailers, celebrities, VIPs and members of the regional, national and international press. ALFW is a celebration of art, fashion, music, culture and heritage throughout Georgia and the Southeastern Region. This year designers are Sandy Morales, Susel Reyes, Margarita Mejia *sofiana Creativa, AW COUTURE by Adriana Westwood, Bramer Leon Couture and a special tribute to Oscar de la Renta.
This year honorees are Honorable Mayor Kasim Reed "Outstanding Community Support Award", Sandra Morales "International Designer Of The Year Award", Arthlene Legair "Humanitarian Of The Year Award", Olivia Garcia "Fashion Photographer Of The Year Award", Cristina Quinones " Entertainer Of The Year Award", Brenda Lopez " Woman Of The Year Award".
Enjoy performance by Cristina Quinones, and the Panamanian Marching Band. Confirmed attendance for Dr. Barbara King, President of NFL Players Association Atlanta Chapter, General Consulate of Costa Rica, General Consulate of Bahamas, General Consulate of Guatemala, General Consulate of El Salvador, General Consulate of Mexico, House Rep. Park Cannon Miss US Latina (Jocelyn Martinez), Miss Black US Ambassador (Archie Stewart) and are still confirming more diplomatic officials and influence members of the Latino, Hispanic and Caribbean community.
Atlanta Latino Fashion Week will feature wine and food of various Latin American countries for our guests. Added to this year show Atlanta Silverbacks Soccer players as models. The new Jaguar F-Pace SUV will be featured on display and silent auction that will consist of Carolina Herrera shopping spree. Carolina Herrera is a Venezuelan fashion designer known for "exceptional personal style", and for dressing First Ladies from Jacqueline Onassis to Michelle Obama.
Today’s young Latino and Caribbean men and women are leading the way, contributing to shaping the future economy and culture of this country. The Miss Georgia Latina Org and Caribbean-American Advancement Foundation, Inc. are partnering with area high school and colleges to help assist graduating high school seniors of Latino, Hispanic and Caribbean heritage additional funds to attend college. The proceeds from the Atlanta Latino Fashion show will go towards the scholarship funds.

*Note: Attire : Semi-formal, paid parking is available, but guests are welcome to ride MARTA to the Georgia State Train Station, which is two blocks from Atlanta City Hall.
