Passengers are required to Be at Pick up Locations at least 15 minutes before schedule departure time,
All luggage and carry-on must be taged with Name, ticket number and destination
Passengers under 15 years old must pay full fare, be accompanied paying related adult with ID.
Passengers with children must provide their own booster seats if needed and pay full fare for occupied seat.
No Pets allowed on bus ride. No exceptions this is a private bus ride.
Any passengers needing courtesy drop off must get advance approval and provide Name of pick up location, Name and phone number of person making pickup.
Cancelled trips passengers would be given 60% of payment as a full refund,
No refunds for cancellations 48 hours before scheduled travel date.
However a transfer to a later date could be scheduled based on availability and approved by management.
We would make every effort in case of a mechanical failure to have a replacement bus as soon as possible.
There will be no accommodations, no refreshments or meals, no refunds for delays, traffic , weather or mechanical.
