Atlanta Chef Hack Day
Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Do you like Opscode Chef? Do you want to contribute to Chef? Do you want learn to write some cookbooks that run at web scale (full /dev/null support)?
December 11th will be the first Atlanta-area Chef Hack Day. Opscode will be in full attendance, multiple members from our evangelism team along with members from our core development team will be in town.
The idea behind the hack day is some or all of the folks attending have Chef projects they would like to work on and get help from the community in real time. They'll be spontaneous mini-tutorials and brain-storming sessions on how to solve common Chef problems as they come up. Having a group of people + some real world tasks/problem + the Opscode team in the room will allow for some intensive learning.
Big thanks to the Georgia Tech Research Institute for providing us space for the event!
