Agile Project Management... Concepts and Tools
Agile is quite the buzz in the project management community these days.
With PMI officially forming the Agile Community of Practice, and on the verge of launching it's Agile Certified Practitioner credential, understanding agile is no longer an option... it's a job requirement.
In this talk, Mike will explore the foundations of agile project management, and discuss the concepts you need to know to be successful.
We will pay particular attention to the tooling aspects of agile and some of the methods agile teams use to track and plan their work.
