ATL Unlocked will open doors between our region’s diverse community of creators, innovators, founders, and entrepreneurs. We want to transform metro Atlanta into an accessible ecosystem where creators, innovators, founders, and entrepreneurs thrive, sharing knowledge across diverse perspectives.

Join us for a tour of the first of five key innovation and entrepreneurial centers, beginning with a cocktail hour to showcase the Buckhead innovation district. You'll hear (briefly, we promise!) from city leaders like ATL Council President Doug Shipman, and neighborhood and community partners like Skillshot Media/Uptown, Techstars, Switchyards, Piedmont Center and the Atlanta Blockchain Center. We'll share thoughts on the importance of community and collaboration, showcase local libations and bites, and even conduct a few tours of the Village. Then at 7 p.m. the festivities will lead into Atlanta Tech Village's flagship pitch event, Atlanta Startup Village.

What is ATL Unlocked?

Metro Atlanta is a ‘unicorn factory,’ a center of cultural diversity, an educational hotbed, a global corporate innovation center, and an entrepreneurial hub for the region and the world. Our innovation ecosystem spans a broad 29-county region that contains different innovation districts, defined by a distinct personality and resources.

Imagine if we were to take down those boundaries?

ATL Unlocked, activated by the Metro Atlanta Chamber and supported by innovation hubs across the metro area, is the embodiment of this goal.

What's the ATL Unlocked Tour?

The ATL Unlocked Tour kicks off a series of events that invite entrepreneurs to experience different innovation centers and districts across the metro and connect with the people within them, building familiarity and mutual trust.

The inaugural 2022 ATL Unlocked Tour will cover five key innovation and entrepreneurial centers:

• Buckhead: Atlanta Tech Village
• Downtown/Westside: Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE)
• Midtown: ATDC, CreateX and VentureLab
• Alpharetta: Tech Alpharetta
• Peachtree Corners: Atlanta Tech Park and Curiosity Labs

As each center is "unlocked," so too is metro Atlanta’s potential as an inclusive innovation center where creators, founders, and entrepreneurs thrive -- together!

Know before you go:

• Getting to ATV: Parking is available for a fee in our attached parking deck, or we are right next to the Buckhead MARTA stop. More directions and detailed instructions here.
• Food & Beverage: We will be serving heavy apps from some local eateries (more info to come!), as well as cocktails in a can from Phreshly, and local brews from Atlanta Brewing Company and Three Taverns Brewery.
• Attire: Most of our guests will be rocking the "startup chic" look, but we'll have everything from T-shirts to suits. You do you!
• ATLSV: The Pitch-Off doors will open at 7 pm in our Event Center, and pitches will start at 7:30 sharp. Please RSVP for tickets to this event as well!
