2020 turned the world upside down, along with the way we do business. ATL Beyond Analysis (presented by the IIBA Greater Atlanta Chapter and Cprime) is a virtual conference designed not just for Business Analysts, but any professional who wants to drive enterprise change and continuous improvement in order to advance your organization’s capabilities. We’ll be exploring the management of not just virtual teams, but multigenerational virtual teams, Scaling Agile methods across the enterprise, data trends and technology, essential business analysis skills, and more!

This year's conference theme is New Year, New Opportunities! Take this time to evaluate all opportunities you’ve been presented with or, could be presented with this year, and then make sure your professional and personal toolbox is well equipped to capitalize on these opportunities.

Check out our virtual conference platform provider, Whova Online and Mobile Event App! With the benefit of hosting our conference via Whova, we are able to record every session that takes place during the conference. These sessions will then be edited by a professional videographer from Cprime and placed back onto the platform once the conference wraps.

All registered attendees will be able to access these recordings for up to 6 months post-conference! You'll be able to view any session you missed or go back and watch a favorite again! With this feature, you'll be able to claim all 22.5 continuing education credits available through IIBA and PMI.

ATL Beyond Analysis virtual conference will feature 5 tracks, with 4 sessions being presented under each track throughout the day. An executive panel and keynote will also be presented in the morning and at the conference closing, respectively.

The tracks for this year's conference include:

• Approach & Consider - This second track will help you evolve your next steps as a professional whether it's through certifications or new processes you should consider as your organization evolves!
• Essential Skills - The third track will feature the skills and techniques that are essential as a successful team player, beginning now and into our new normal!
• Becoming Proficient - Our fourth track showcases processes that are up and coming or may already be here and will help revolutionize technology and your daily routine!
• Practical Application - The final track analyzes tools and techniques while teaching you how to successfully implement them into your team!
