Inspired by the ancient artifacts discovered at Chaco Canyon, Laguna/Taos/Hopi artist Lorraine Gala Lewis and renowned Executive Chef Kai Autenrieth will collaborate on an exquisite multi-course menu, discuss their inspirations and present each guest with a signed original limited-edition work of art by Ms. Lewis, whose work has received numerous awards including First Place ribbons at the prestigious Santa Fe Indian Market, and other Native markets throughout the country.
Executive Chef Autenrieth bring a distinct global perspective and command of international flavor profiles to Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado, building upon a culinary trajectory that has traversed Tanzania, Saint Lucia, Australia, St. Maarten, Bermuda and the UK. Most recently Kai was Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Resort Nevis in the West Indies where he spent three and a half years honing his skills in fine dining with a special focus on locally-sourced seafood and hands-on guest experiences such as diving for lobsters followed by interactive cooking classes.
Proceeds benefit the City of Santa Fe Arts Commission's Youth Arts Program, which ensures young people benefit from Santa Fe's cultural abundance, and the Partners in Education Foundation for the Santa Fe Public Schools, which raises funds to support Santa Fe’s public school teachers and students.
