Event description

Description

Come hear Author, Therapist, Researcher, and Podcast host (The Liturgists, Other People's Problems) Hillary McBride talk about how to think critically about the messages that influence how we feel about our bodies, how to change our relationship with our bodies, and make peace with the skin we're in. The night will include detail about what theory and science say about how to feel ok with our bodies, and some practical skills to change our inner dialogue, and the cultural dialogue. Q and A to follow; Hillary's book will also be for sale.
