You learn to explore the astral planes, starting from the 7th dimension. The technique taught in this class has been used for thousands of years and is a very safe method.
Sacred Geometry 1 and the Life Activation healing are HIGHLY recommended before you take this class. Sacred Geometry 1 will teach you rituals for extra protection while working on the astral plane. The Life Activation will increase your psychic senses and your connection with your own divine blueprint, making it much easier to astral travel.
