Event Details

Join us for the Association Women Technology Champions (AWTC) meeting on June 22, 3:30-5:30 p.m. EDT at the ASAE Headquarters.

Presenting is hard. It’s even harder when you are the topic of the presentation. Whether interviewing, asking for a promotion, or talking to a client, pitching yourself is a skill.

In this interactive discussion, Mark Milroy (Managing Director of Global Learning, American Industrial Hygiene Association) will share his tips for “Giving Powerful Presentations.” Following the presentation, we’ll work together to master the perfect, authentic pitch. Batter up!

  • Networking – 3:30-3:45 p.m.
  • Presentation – 3:45-4:30 p.m.
  • Break – 4:30-4:40 p.m.
  • Pitching Practice – 4:40-5:20 p.m.
  • Reflection & Announcements – 5:20-5:30 p.m.

Agenda is subject to change.

Registration is complementary. Beverages and snacks will be provided at the meeting.

Join us for happy/social hour at Blackfinn (1620 I St NW, Washington, DC 20006) afterwards. All are welcome whether or not you are able to join us for the meeting!
