Protecting the kids when parenting issues impact financial decisions!

Speaker: Rosalind Sedacca, CDC

Divorce is especially complex for parents. In this presentation, Rosalind will focus on the challenges divorcing parents face that can impact their financial decisions as well as their co-parenting future. Rosalind addresses the ethical dilemma of serving your client while addressing the emotional and psychological needs of the innocent children who too often fall through the cracks in the divorce puzzle.

  Presentation takeaways:

  • Why one-size fits all formulas just don’t work
  • How to approach parenting challenges and difficult spouses
  • Guidelines that promote greater co-parenting success
  • Key questions to ask your clients to ensure a more positive outcome for the kids
