Join other rising association leaders and PDCHR Executive Director Mark Bowers for a two hour intensive (and fun!) bootcamp getting incoming leaders ready to lead on "Day One".

We'll start with learning the fundamental model of how membership associations deliver ongoing value to their membership and community, and then dive into the basic responsibilities of the leadership team as a whole and you as an individual member of that team.

Mark has served on a number of membership association leadership teams for over 25 years, ranging from a tiny homeowner's association to a global professional society. Sometimes the experience was great, sometimes the experience was, well, an opportunity for lessons learned! 🙂
