Please join the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the W. Frank Steely Library, Northern Kentucky University as they welcome Conrad Wong, Attorney-Advisor, China IP Team from the Office of Policy and International Affairs, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and James O. Wilson, Assistant Regional Director from the Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional USPTO.
The program will include a presentation and discussion on the differences between Chinese and U.S. IP law, the USPTO IP Attaché program, intellectual property enforcement challenges in China, and local resources for small businesses and inventors.
Registration and networking starts at 8:30 a.m. with light refreshments.
