Please join AutoHarvest, TechTown Detroit, and Next Energy as they welcome James O. Wilson, Assistant Regional Director from the Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and Conrad Wong, Attorney-Advisor, China IP Team from the Office of Policy and International Affairs of USPTO. The program will include a presentation and discussion on the differences between Chinese and U.S. IP law, the USPTO IP Attaché program, seizure statistics, and intellectual property enforcement challenges in China.
