Assessing Construction Contract Damages

About this event

While we always hope that a construction project goes smoothly, often problems arise that lead to increased costs for the owner. What is the owner’s recourse to recover those costs? Using a comprehensive case study involving a construction project plagued by design errors and construction defects and delays, this program will explore the owner’s remedies against its architect and engineer team and general contractor. This program, led by experienced construction attorneys and a damages consultant, will address actual, consequential and liquidated damages recoverable by the owner.
