Please join us at 5:30pm for our roundtable discussion with Jeff Christiaansen: SharePoint for Quality Management. Attendees are eligible to receive RUs for this discussion.

Afterwards, please joins us for our main presentation with Geoffrey Costigan.

Have you ever struggled with how to best approach a problem? What do you do when the data doesn't capture the whole story? What other tools and techniques can be applied? Geoffrey will share a broader perspective on problem solving from a creative and analytical viewpoint.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

Jeff Christiaansen is a CQE, CMQ/OE, and Certified Food Safety Auditor. He spent many years in the appliance industry working with Amana Appliances as they transitioned from Raytheon, to Goodman, to Maytag, to Whirlpool. In this part of his life he transitioned from an appliance service technician to reliability technician to Quality Engineering and Regulatory Liaison.

Jeff also spent 8 years contributing to Quality in the Wyoming oilfield business and completed his graduate work studying Organizational Development becoming passionate about being a change agent. Jeff recently returned to Wisconsin and is a Quality Manager in the food and healthcare packaging industry.


Geoffrey Costigan resides here in Milwaukee. He is a demonstrated leader with a keen sense at how to build quality minded teams designed to deliver strategic direction. Geoffrey has nearly two decades of experience as a Management Consultant across several sectors. Some area companies (Exelon, Hon Hai Precision Industry Company, Johnson Controls, Kohl's, and Rockwell Automation) have benefited greatly from his expertise and insight. He is a former Director with UnitedHealth Group who started his career with IBM as a technologist inventing some of the fastest computational systems to ever exist.
