Hello Friends,

January’s ASQ Charlotte Continuous Improvement Consortium (CCIC) will feature a discussion on best practices for leading improvement deployments across challenging environments in global and virtual offices.

Weston Harris, Business Process Consultant at Lowe’s Home Improvement, will introduce a Model for performing improvement in a Global Landscape, followed by collaborative cross industry discussions on business impact, operational readiness, and culture acceptance.

UNC Charlotte Extended Program Services has volunteered to provide our consortium with a dedicated meeting facility, equipped with the finest AV equipment, and seating flexible to accommodate our forum and break-out discussions.

We look forward to your participation. Please register early to reserve a seat as our last event was well received and sold out. November's Executive Summary can be found here.
