Speaker: Jane Norman


After 35 years of leading and coaching improvement efforts in corporations and small business, profit and non-profit environments across multiple industries and countries, Jane Norman has learned to identify failure in the design and execution of improvement efforts. Her aim is to share the empirical evidence and patterns of failures when leading improvement efforts. While too often the focus is on studying successes, there is much to learn from failure. In this Webinar we will discuss inadequate structure which routinely leads to failure, and approaches which have proven to ensure success.

Speaker Biography:

Jane Norman has had multiple roles in improvement, as an internal Quality professional, an Operations executive and a consultant. Jane was certified as a Quality Engineer in 1979 by ASQC and has 35 years of experience in corporate and small business, profit and non-profit environments across a myriad of industries worldwide.
