This training has been developed by CGL staff with the support of lived experience of drug and alcohol treatment. It aims to help professionals understand the stigma and experiences of those using drugs and alcohol, how that impacts them and how professionals can engages is a less stigmatising way.

We ackowledge we all have experiences and bias, and with this training we hope to help understand these, and have the voice of lived experience in the centre of the opportunity.
